The site comprised of a warehouse with office accommodation to the front and an external store and two external oil tanks to the rear.
The work consisted of both external and internal repairs.
Externally, a liquid applied membrane was applied to the existing roof sheets.
Internally the work required the strip out of partitions back to base build, installation of new suspended ceilings, new floor coverings, re-decorations throughout, refurbishment of Wc’s and new loading bay roller shutter doors.
New oil tank was required to serve a new space heater and oil fired domestic boiler. Also required was new office lighting, re-wire and re-configuration of the fire alarm.
