The application of Isothane roof covering to existing substrate, and replacement of rooflights.
Demolition of existing load bearing warehouse walls to combine all four warehouses as one unit. Asbestos removal, strip out of partitions back to base build, new partitions, suspended ceilings, fire proofing, floor coverings, re-decorations throughout, and refurbishment of Wc’s.
New boilers and central heating, including the introduction of new fan heaters to the warehouse units. New office lighting, re-wire and re-configuration of the fire alarm.
