Works comprised of the removal of 2 bays for two units to provide a larger turning circle and delivery area, substantial strengthening of the existing steelwork and the erection of a new steel frame in front of the existing to provide the new façade.
Installation of new composite cladding to the roof and all elevations, new shutters, windows, entrance doors etc. Build new blockwork dividing walls to separate the five units, and provision of toilets and kitchenettes for each unit. We also installed new lighting, power and mains distribution. Warehouse floors prepared and decorated. The front car park was releveled and new surface finishes provided.
