Complete external building repairs to include; Roof repairs, take off slate dormer roofs new felt and batten with new slates where required allowing for all lead work to soakers, flashings and gully outlets. New 3 layer felt to flat roof area.
Cutting out areas of spalled brickwork to elevations and replaced with re-claimed soft reds to match or faced up.
Extensive stone work repairs and helifix to vertical coping stones. Re-building of brick detailing. Full decorations to windows, doors and masonary including all iron-work.
Chemical clean down of building. Repairs to entrance terrazzo and marble, diamond spun down, re-pointed and chemically cleaned.
