National Works – Hounslow

Works comprised of the demolition and clearance of previous tenants extensive alterations, to include cleaning plant, hazardous waste, numerous chemicals, underground storage tanks, trenching, mezzanine floors etc.
The five units were completely stripped out to large open plan space, then new dividing walls installed to sub-divide back to original layout.
A New built up roof was installed and the perimeter cladding was repaired and decorated.
Existing roofs to the front office were treated and recoated. The front elevation had new shuttersand entrance doors installed and the brickwork cleaned and put in repair. The warehouse floors
were made good and trenches and underground voids in filled and new concrete slab sections laid. New front offices, rear toilet and kitchen pods were formed.
