Works comprised of the reconfiguration of the unit to reduce the warehouse area and to increase the external yard space to provide a larger turning circle and general access to the site. A new yard elevation was formed to include steelwork, cladding, shutters and doors.
The main road elevation was reconfigured to provide matching windows to ground and first floors and the existing cladding repaired and decorated. The warehouse area was made good, and
decorated including new floor coatings. Offices, toilets and common areas were fully refurbished.
